These are the most helpful and honest people. I spoke with Brandi on the phone, and was ready to load my TV up and take it to them. She was so helpful, and more than that, honest. I was telling her that I needed a new power supply board, and she said "Wait let's make sure". I told her exactly what was going on, and that I had even been on the phone with the Samsung Tech Line. She had me unplug the TV and let it sit for 10-15 second so it has time to reset itself. While it was unplugged I checked the outlet on the power strip. It appeared to be fine, but just to make sure I plugged the TV back in directly at the wall outlet. My TV immediately was responsive and was working just fine. The part that amazes me, is that I was on the phone with Samsung and they never told me to unplug it and leave it unplugged for 10-15 seconds so it has time to reset. They were even talking about repairing it, could bad a capacitor, could be that. I just assumed and was ready to pay a large repair bill. However, thanks to Brandi's knowledge of the unit, and her honesty, my TV is working and it didn't cost me a dime. I will forever remember this. In the future if I actually need my TV repaired I will take it to them. Furthermore, I will refer them to all my friends.
